Spray foam done right

Insulation is a system. We build the whole thing.

Drafty rooms, high energy bills, and inconsistent temperatures almost always trace back to the same root causes: air leaks that insulation alone can't stop, and the wrong material installed in the wrong place. Fixing both is what we specialize in.

We install the full range — open-cell, closed-cell spray foam, and attic insulation — and we combine them the smart way: the right product in each part of your property, over a properly air-sealed envelope. The result is lower bills, steadier temperatures, and a property that finally feels right.

Whether you're a homeowner, a builder specifying a new-construction package, or a property owner insulating a metal building, we scope the job to what you actually need — not a one-size-fits-all package.

Questions

Spray foam & insulation FAQs

Open-cell foam is lighter, expands more, and is a cost-effective air seal for interior walls and attics — typically R-3.5 to R-3.7 per inch. Closed-cell foam is denser, delivers a higher R-value per inch (R-6 to R-7), adds structural rigidity, and acts as a moisture barrier — the better choice for crawl spaces, rim joists, and roof decks.

It depends on the space. Spray foam offers the highest R-value per inch plus a built-in air seal — great for roof decks, crawl spaces, and hard-to-reach spots. Blown-in is fast and cost-effective for open attic floors. Batts are reliable and economical in standard wall framing. The best jobs use the right product in each spot — we design the combination for you.

It varies by product, square footage, and access. Open-cell typically runs less per square foot than closed-cell, which costs more but delivers roughly double the R-value per inch. We provide a clear, itemized free quote after an on-site walkthrough.

Almost always. Insulation slows heat moving through material — it doesn't stop air moving through gaps around wiring, plumbing, and hatches. Sealing those leaks first is what makes every dollar spent on insulation afterward actually perform at its rated value.

Yes. We spec whole-home insulation packages for builders and GCs before drywall goes up, and we insulate metal buildings, pole barns, workshops, and small warehouses for commercial and light-commercial clients.

When it's needed, yes. If existing insulation is dry and simply thin, we can often top it off. If it's wet, moldy, pest-contaminated, or badly degraded, we remove it first — covering over a problem only lets it continue.
